Our Wedding Film Process

• Initial Consultation
  We hop on a brief call or meet in person to connect, discuss your vision, and answer any questions about coverage, style, or packages.

• Booking & Planning
  Once you're ready to book, we lock in your date with a signed agreement and deposit. From there, I gather details—timeline, locations, and special moments—to tailor the film to your day.

• Pre-Wedding Prep
  I scout key locations (virtually or in person), review the timeline with your planner, and ensure I’m ready to capture all the right angles and emotional beats.

• The Wedding Day
  We film your day in a cinematic, unobtrusive style—capturing both the big moments and the in-between magic. I use professional cameras, lighting, and drones (where permitted) to bring your love story to life.

• Editing Your Story
  After the wedding, I carefully sort through the footage and begin crafting your film. I edit with a documentary-meets-cinematic approach—layering music, audio, and visuals that reflect the emotion and energy of your day.

• Review & Delivery
  Once your film has been edited, I deliver the first cut of your wedding video to a private Vimeo link for your review and revision. After you’ve made any potential changes, I re-edit and deliver your final cut video to you as a digital file as well as upload it on Vimeo for you to download and share.
